Special Love Inc

For more than 40 years, Special Love has provided free camps, programs, and opportunities for children with cancer and their families throughout the DMV area to connect, recharge, and build lasting support networks.

I provide strategic communications support to elevate Special Love’s national profile, increasing media visibility for its programs and amplifying the powerful stories of the children and families it serves. Through targeted media outreach and narrative development, I've been able to get two local news stations to spotlight their events. I am trying to help highlight their incredible work to ensure Special Love's impact reaches broader audiences, supporters, and partners.
