Congressional Retreat Session: Design & Facilitation Support

Developed and designed a presentation and interactive workshop session for a Congressional office staff retreat focused on district-to-Hill coordination and messaging strategy. Using an iterative AI-assisted process, refined session content into a structured, hands-on worksheet that guided staff through building office initiatives — from idea to action — covering legislation, projects, and events. Translated finalized content into a polished slide deck via Canva, editing for flow and alignment with the worksheet. The session was designed to be highly interactive, with staff sharing and presenting their work, giving team members across district and Hill roles a shared framework for understanding how office priorities move from concept to execution.
