Rep. Alma Adams' Congressional Office Retreat

On relatively short notice, I designed and facilitated an interactive workshop session for Hill and District office staff. Participants were broken into three groups: legislation, project, and event. Using a worksheet to guide their approach, the brainstormed possible initiatives they could take in those 3 areas around the issue of food insecurity. Each team shared their ideas and several valuable opportunities were identified for the office to pursue in the future.
