Cancer Nation

Cancer Nation is a national advocacy organization dedicated to advancing quality cancer care and strengthening the survivorship experience for all people touched by cancer. Founded in 1986 by and for survivors, the organization helped define modern cancer survivorship and works at the federal level to shape policy that improves quality of care and quality of life after diagnosis.

I am currently assisting them to expand Cancer Nation’s visibility, with a focus on elevating awareness of its national Cancer Survivorship Survey. Through targeted media outreach and enhanced social media strategy, I help amplify survivor voices, increase engagement with key stakeholders, and strengthen the organization’s presence within the broader cancer advocacy and policy community.
