CFI.co - Project Spark

I collaborated with Ariya Capital Group’s CEO to draft and refine a thought leadership article published in CFI.co announcing Project Spark, a major gas-to-power initiative designed to strengthen energy security across Southern Africa. The article outlines how the project’s planned 586 MW combined-cycle gas turbine facility in Namibia is intended to deliver reliable baseload power, reduce dependence on imported electricity, and support long-term industrial growth across the region.

My role focused on shaping the article’s narrative and key messages in close collaboration with Ariya’s leadership to ensure the announcement clearly communicated both the near-term benefits and the long-term strategic planning behind the project. The final piece positions Project Spark as a pragmatic, balanced energy solution capable of stabilizing Namibia’s grid while supplying power to neighboring markets through the Southern African Power Pool.
